About Jim

Jim's passion is family and the outdoors which landed him in Breckenridge 27 years ago. In addition to coaching hockey, skiing with his family, fishing and biking Jim has maintained a healthy career with Slifer Smith & Frampton since 2010. Jim has been in the top 10 performing brokers in the company in the last five years, including being the second highest performing broker in the company this year.

Jim moved into real estate in 1998. After running a successful property management company, Jim put this experience to work and uses the same attention to detail in his real estate transactions. Whether it is finding the perfect lifestyle, selling a property, upgrading to a larger space or investment for his clients, Jim listens and tries to deliver the result his clients ask for. Jim offers a calm demeanor with a Midwest work ethic that is adaptable from first time homebuyers to multi-million dollar second home acquisitions.

About the Ten Mile Team

Jim Schlegel and Lauren Morrow have formed the Ten Mile Team, with Jim maintaining his role as Branch Broker/Broker Associate, and Lauren joining him as his Licensed Assistant. With Jim's 27 + years of Summit County Real Estate Sales experience and Lauren's marketing expertise, we are excited to continue to support our clients in achieving their real estate goals.

About Lauren Morrow

As a former Marketing Manager for Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Lauren has ample experience creating and executing real estate advertising and marketing campaigns. Before re-joining Slifer Smith & Frampton as a licensed assistant, she spent time working for a local property management company where she gained extensive knowledge of the vacation rental management industry. Lauren received her real estate license in August, 2020, but has been loving the Summit County life since 2013. When she is not working, Lauren can be found playing the piano, snowboarding, practicing yoga, and hiking with her husband, son, and pitbill and chiweenie pups.
